About us
Since 1819, and now in its sixth generation, the Hirschenwirt in Wasserzell near Eichstätt has been run by the Stark family. The hotel, which holds three stars, offers 40 modern rooms. We provide companies with an ideal environment and well-equipped facilities for conducting seminars. We place particular emphasis on the culinary well-being of our guests. Thanks to regional products, including some from our own butcher, we have earned an excellent reputation in the natural park. As a family-run hotel, we are the perfect starting point for your stay in the Altmühltal region.
In our establishment, we appreciate the simple joys of life: the wide sky above us, the warmth of our hotel, the convivial atmosphere in the beer garden, the pleasure of delicious food, and the beauty of the surrounding nature.
