Menu & restaurantSince 1819 the Hirschenwirt in Wasserzell nearby Eichstätt is owned by the Stark family. The three star comfort hotel has 40 rooms and is equipped with modern facilities.
We are a family friendly hotel and a good starting point for many activities in the Altmühltal nature park. For companies we provide a perfect atmosphere and well-equipped meeting rooms for conducting seminars. Very important for us is our guests' wellbeing. With the products of our own butcher's shop we have created an excellent reputation in the nature park.

The boat dock for boat, kayak or canoe drivers is just a few meters away from the Hirschenwirt. Hikers can enjoy the numerous tracks through the Altmühltal nature park.
Only 50 meters from our house begins the Altmühl bike track. From there you can take the more than 900 kilometers of biking tracks away from streets and traffic.
